About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build dynamic, branded customer flows using OmniScripts.
Create modular, data-driven user interfaces using FlexCards.
Configure DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to extract, transform, and load data between Salesforce and external APIs.
Implement industry-specific functionality such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Attribute-Based Pricing, or Advanced Approvals.
Optimize Integration Procedures to ensure fast UI response times and efficient handling of large data payloads.
Use Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) only when declarative OmniStudio tools reach their functional limits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert knowledge of OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
Hands-on experience with at least one Industry Cloud (e.g., Vlocity/Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities, or Health Cloud).
Strong understanding of JSON structure, REST APIs, and CSS (for styling FlexCards/OmniScripts).
Ability to map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices.
Preferred Certifications include Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (Essential), Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer (Highly Preferred), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
