About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse and document the current eCommerce landscape, including scale and complexity across:
Customer journeys and transactions
Revenue streams and SKU catalogue
Integrations (ERP, payments, tax, fulfilment, returns, discounting)
Define lightweight eCommerce requirements for the US market
Identify and document the capabilities required to replicate and enhance the existing German (DE) eCommerce experience
Define, prioritise, and validate future platform requirements and use cases
Support the eCommerce platform RFP (Request for Proposal) and vendor selection process
Develop a comprehensive delivery plan covering capabilities, use cases, and roadmap
Produce detailed delivery estimates for both DE and US eCommerce implementations
Data architecture and end-to-end process flow documentation
Support throughout the RFP and platform selection process
End-to-end delivery plan, including capability rollout and key milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in eCommerce strategy, platform delivery, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce ecosystems (ERP, payments, tax, fulfilment, returns)
Experience working across international markets, ideally DE and/or US
Demonstrated experience supporting RFP processes and vendor selection
Ability to translate business needs into technical and operational requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
