Serve as a strategic advisor to public sector clients
Bridge the gap between complex digital asset infrastructure and mission-critical needs of law enforcement and regulatory agencies
Lead client delivery and GTM operational excellence
Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, and other teams
Ensure seamless coordination with Head of Government Solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 - 15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets, and familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions.
Program Management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program.
A track record of working across government, law enforcement, and or regulatory institutions to drive implementation of digital assets strategy, policy, and or operations.
A willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients across their digital assets functional requirements.
Experience in leading, drafting, and delivering responses to government RFP/RFI submissions.
High-performance orientation with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently.
