About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of the products and problems we solve to create new patterns in financial workflows with crypto.
- Design intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate within Anchorage's ecosystem for operational efficiency and security.
- Simplifying compliance data collection and management for clients and internal teams in key user workflows.
- Protecting clients and their assets through robust security and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products.
- Have experience building scalable systems, security and compliance product functionalities.
- Can define the strategy, and solve complex challenges across iOS and Web to turn simplicity out of complexity.
- Have the ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value.
- Have excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
- Have experience partnering with product managers and engineers to develop the strategy and rationale for product features.
- Are able to give, receive feedback and guide other designers.
- Have some special combination of the following: creative, humble, detail-oriented, self-aware, curious, thoughtful, and tenacious.
- Have a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a design thinker.
