About the role
- Provide support for environmental and civil engineering projects through engineering analyses, field investigations, and construction oversight.
- Prepare engineering deliverables including design drawings, technical specifications, cost estimation, and calculations.
- Assist with data evaluation and report writing (e.g., sampling plans, investigation reports, design reports).
- Support multidisciplinary projects involving remediation and infrastructure.
- Perform environmental sampling (soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, biota)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 0-2 or more years of related experience in environmental engineering or similar work
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred
- ArcGIS or CAD experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred; may be provided upon hire)
- Ability to travel for field projects (up to 40%, depending on location and project needs)
