About the role

  • Lead and support BCBAs through mentorship and regular check-ins
  • Conduct clinical observations and deliver structured, actionable feedback
  • Monitor performance through scorecards and key metrics; initiate support or performance improvement plans as needed
  • Ensure supervision, parent training, and documentation meet company standards
  • Support BCBA students through group learning and individual mentorship
  • Collaborate with the Case Management supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Track and report clinical progress on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintain 10 billable hours per week
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience
  • 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing BCBAs
  • Located in or near New York City, with the ability to attend monthly on-site meetings
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback
  • Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
