About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Level 2/3 support across Windows, Linux, macOS.
Diagnose and resolve complex server/workstation issues.
Use RMM tools (Datto RMM, N-able, Nagios, Cacti) for proactive monitoring.
Troubleshoot VoIP, IPTV, and internet service issues.
Configure/manage LAN/WAN, WiFi, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing.
Specialise in Unifi/Ubiquiti Networks; manage multi-tenant setups.
Conduct network/security assessments; recommend improvements.
Administer Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 environments.
Maintain accurate records in Autotask, IT Glue, or similar.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in MSP/IT support environments.
Strong Level 3 engineering background.
Proven mentoring/leadership experience.
Expertise in Google Workspace, M365, networking, and cloud platforms.
Certifications preferred: Google Workspace Admin, CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft.
