Requirements
- **You will be responsible for:**
- - Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets across existing customers and new business growth within your territory
- - Expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities
- - Generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation
- - Conducting customer meetings via video, phone, and email to progress opportunities and close deals
- - Managing leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM
- - Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
- - Maintaining high-quality, up-to-date CRM data
- - Selling the full Assay Genie product portfolio in line with company strategy
- - Using in-house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers
- - Supporting and maintaining digital outreach processes
- - Adhering to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- - Maintaining strong technical and product knowledge through ongoing training
- **You will bring:**
- - A strong track record including outbound prospecting and account development
- - Demonstrated success in new account generation & exceeding sales targets
- - Solid business development and pipeline management skills
- - Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- - A high level of customer service orientation and ownership mindset
- - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced SME environment
- - A positive, proactive attitude toward the company and market
- - Experience selling into the life science or research market
