Requirements

  • **You will be responsible for:**
  • - Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets across existing customers and new business growth within your territory
  • - Expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities
  • - Generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • - Conducting customer meetings via video, phone, and email to progress opportunities and close deals
  • - Managing leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM
  • - Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • - Maintaining high-quality, up-to-date CRM data
  • - Selling the full Assay Genie product portfolio in line with company strategy
  • - Using in-house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers
  • - Supporting and maintaining digital outreach processes
  • - Adhering to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • - Maintaining strong technical and product knowledge through ongoing training
  • **You will bring:**
  • - A strong track record including outbound prospecting and account development
  • - Demonstrated success in new account generation & exceeding sales targets
  • - Solid business development and pipeline management skills
  • - Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • - A high level of customer service orientation and ownership mindset
  • - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced SME environment
  • - A positive, proactive attitude toward the company and market
  • - Experience selling into the life science or research market
