About the role
- Lead the frontline team responsible for converting high-quality pipeline into long-term partnerships
- Ensure a seamless and trusted sales experience
- Drive efficient and scalable revenue growth
- Achieve target Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL) to Customer conversion rate
- Maintain target customer retention rates and reduce customer churn
- Ensure team adherence to documented Sales Playbook and CRM data integrity
- Ensure high-quality sales outcomes resulting in seamless handovers to Core Product teams
- Lead and motivate sales support team through check-ins and coaching
- Conduct performance reviews and mentorship
- Manage scheduling for 24/7 responsiveness
- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs related to sales and customer retention
- Provide analysis and recommendations based on performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in sales leadership with successful target achievements
- Strong skills in team management, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to motivate and develop a sales team
