About the role

  • The HR internship at ANBIMA operates in an integrated way across Internal Communication, DHO (Human and Organizational Development) and Endomarketing (Internal Marketing), offering practical, cross-functional experience.
  • The intern supports communication activities with employees, organization of training sessions and internal initiatives focused on culture, engagement and people development.

Requirements

  • Support for Internal Communication, including:
  • - Reviewing and approving content in Trello
  • - Managing and updating Workvivo
  • - Receiving and organizing requests from internal clients
  • - Weekly update of ANBIMA/SELIC TV (script, birthdays, content and distribution)
  • Support for DHO (Human and Organizational Development), including:
  • - Managing the Único Skill platform (registration and license control)
  • - Handling external training requests via Pipefy
  • - Organizing and maintaining the reading corner
  • Support for Endomarketing (Internal Marketing), including:
  • - Planning and executing internal events
  • - Ordering food and beverages
  • - Contacting and negotiating with suppliers
  • - Participating in regular alignment and internal communication meetings
  • Interest in People, Communication, Organizational Culture and Endomarketing
  • Experience organizing academic or internal events
  • Experience with administrative routines and organizing requests or projects
  • Academic or extracurricular experience in communication, HR or related areas (desirable)
