• Conduct manual QA for web and mobile apps (React Native for mobile, React for web, TypeScript backend)
• Execute testing flows for new features and updates, with special attention to real-time voice call experiences

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Client & Contractor Payments: Own the execution and tracking of incoming and outgoing payments - batch invoicing, check processing, ACH routing, revenue capture, etc.
• Accounting Process Management: Interface with our bookkeeping system; assist with month-end close; ensure transactions are accurately categorized and reconciled with the business reality.
• Revenue Compliance: Develop approach and manage tax compliance, SaaS pricing models, and revenue collection processes.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to align on hiring priorities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future roles
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout their hiring process
