Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience collaborating with medical professionals and communicating complex health concepts to diverse audiences
MA/MS from an accredited medical illustration graduate program (or equivalent experience)
Client service mindset; proven ability to deliver client projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
Self-starter with excellent judgment and the ability to work autonomously
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and visual communication techniques
Demonstrated experience storyboarding for 3D animation
Solid understanding of 3D modeling and animation principles
Excitement for AI productivity tools and efficiency improvements
Experience working with pharmaceutical or medical device clients (Nice to Have)
Experience with UI/UX and immersive technologies (VR/AR) storytelling (Nice to Have)
Project management and team leadership experience (Nice to Have)
