About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for building annual retail and net sales plans for assigned accounts
- oversee operational backend that brings plans to life
- translate high level strategy into meticulous data administration
- optimize inventory productivity, identify growth opportunities, and minimize liabilities
- manage both planning infrastructure and day-to-day execution to achieve annual sales objectives
- monitor the end-to-end purchase order (PO) lifecycle
- track fulfillment and analyze inventory cuts
- forecast returns and manage product discontinuations
- coordinate RTV (Return to Vendor) authorization and tracking
- analyze retailer Open-to-Buy (OTB) monthly
- own the technical setup and maintenance of product data
- create and maintain retail assortment files for Sephora
- collaborate with internal partners to create performance goals
- compile, update, and maintain regular sales and inventory reports
- participate in weekly sales reviews with management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in retail sales planning, demand forecasting, or inventory planning
- strong background in retail sales operations or commercial data analysis
- background in sales administration and account coordination is highly valued
- direct hands-on experience navigating and managing major retailer portals and vendor networks
- high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- strong baseline understanding of inventory and commercial metrics
- exceptional attention to detail
