About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead full-cycle hiring for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Use sourcing tools and social platforms to find high-quality technical talent
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Keep recruitment trackers, ATS, and documentation up to date
- Support other HR activities when needed, such as: Non-technical hiring, Onboarding, HR operations and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in software/IT
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills for engineering and product roles
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Flexibility to support other HR functions when technical hiring is low
