About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle hiring for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Use sourcing tools and social platforms to find high-quality technical talent
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Keep recruitment trackers, ATS, and documentation up to date
  • Support other HR activities when needed, such as: Non-technical hiring, Onboarding, HR operations and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in software/IT
  • Strong hands-on sourcing skills for engineering and product roles
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms
  • Flexibility to support other HR functions when technical hiring is low
