Talent Acquisition Specialist – Culture
AnaquaTalent Acquisition & Culture Specialist supporting recruitment and employee experience initiatives at Anaqua. Focused on full-cycle recruitment, culture engagement, and ESG program support across US and Europe.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the U.S. and Europe.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline: screen resumes, conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit, manage candidate communications.
- Own interview scheduling and coordination with hiring teams.
- Provide thoughtful, timely feedback to hiring managers and guide them in making informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain ATS accuracy, reporting, and pipeline organization.
- Oversee and continuously improve hiring processes, including interview scorecards, assessments, evaluation processes, and other structured hiring tools.
- Manage job boards, LinkedIn postings, and sourcing for high-volume roles.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP, AAP, and VEVRAA as necessary.
- Support the Anaqua Culture Team (ACT) with planning, communications, and administrative coordination.
- Contribute to global employee experience and engagement programs, including our annual culture survey, engagement calendar, and related initiatives.
- Help draft and schedule culture-related communications.
- Maintain People & Culture shared content, templates, and intranet pages through Treehouse.
- Assist with data collection, documentation, and follow‑up for annual carbon footprint assessments.
- Maintain and organize ESG documentation, evidence, and reporting materials.
- Help prepare internal communications, slide decks, and updates for ESG working groups.
- Provide operational support for sustainability initiatives and deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
- 3+ years’ full-cycle recruiting experience preferred, with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles across various levels of the organization; preferably for software positions
- Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with ATS platforms, BambooHR or similar
- Interest in culture/engagement, people programs, or internal communication
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability reporting, or data coordinate a nice to have, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with high attention to detail.
- Comfort working with global teams across time zones.
