About the role
- Shape implementation approaches and serve as subject matter expert for Applications guiding effective implementation strategies
- Lead creation and delivery of documentation, training, guides, and comprehensive enablement content for internal and partner use
- Enable internal and external teams and partners through training, advisory, and support services to scale delivery capacity and drive customer satisfaction
- Provide product guidance, validate and approve implementation plans, monitor delivery, and ensure feedback is incorporated into product enhancements
- Support key and late-stage sales opportunities as process expert and demonstrate solutions at internal and external events
- Act as on-call resource and trusted advisor to customers and partners, present product vision, and lead workshops
- Uphold and enhance implementation standards and maintain Anaplan brand integrity
Requirements
- Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and experience implementing systems to support these processes
- Broad experience across end-to-end supply chain (demand, inventory, production, procurement)
- Hands-on experience with planning tool implementations (Anaplan or comparable platforms)
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan’s Supply Chain Applications
- Professional services experience supporting implementations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills
- Ability to present compelling content, perform product demonstrations, lead workshops, and develop enablement programs
- Understanding of product management, GTM operations and enablement
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
