About the role

  • Strategic advisor for a portfolio of Anaplan implementations, focused on translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover from proposal to delivery phase.
  • Trusted executive advisor on governance, change management, project scope and long-term value realization.
  • C-level relationship management as a trusted, non-sales-driven point of contact.
  • End-to-end program oversight and quality control across internal teams, delivery partners and client stakeholders.
  • Lead complex programs with clear control over scope, risks, budget and quality.
  • Early intervention in at-risk projects with quality or delivery issues to stabilize and steer them back to success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Professional Services, SaaS delivery, technology or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas: FP&A, supply chain or workforce planning.
  • Confident presence and leadership experience at the C-level as well as in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Structured, analytical working style with a strong focus on quality.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-year initiatives under tight timelines and budgets.
  • Resilient, adaptable and proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.
  • Fluent German and English.
