About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify high-fit prospects in our target market, leveraging AI tools, agents, and automated workflows to move faster and at greater scale than traditional sales orgs.
  • Find your way to the right people at prospective customers and initiate contact through outbound.
  • Run personalized, effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion — using AI agents to handle enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring so your focus stays on the highest-value interactions.
  • Educate prospects on our solution and the value we drive for our customers.
  • Close new business: run discovery, navigate evaluations, and bring deals to signature.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of outbound experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of securing meetings with prospects in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Grit and tenacity in equal measure. You're a true hunter. You build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, creative sourcing, and relentless follow-up, rather than relying on inbound demand.
  • Effective time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.
