About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support ingestion, transformation, and publication of enterprise datasets using standardized and governed data engineering processes
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions using Databricks SQL Warehouses
  • Assist with implementation and administration of Unity Catalog, data lineage, metadata, and data governance controls
  • Support cloud operations activities including infrastructure automation, logging, monitoring, and platform observability
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Databricks Asset Bundles
  • Participate in platform incident response, troubleshooting, and operational support activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, or platform operations
  • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics environments, or cloud-based data solutions
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts
  • Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, or similar big data technologies
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue, Athena, or Redshift
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • AWS, Databricks, or cloud-related certifications preferred
  • Ability to obtain or maintain an Active MBI Clearance
