About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support ingestion, transformation, and publication of enterprise datasets using standardized and governed data engineering processes
- Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions using Databricks SQL Warehouses
- Assist with implementation and administration of Unity Catalog, data lineage, metadata, and data governance controls
- Support cloud operations activities including infrastructure automation, logging, monitoring, and platform observability
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Databricks Asset Bundles
- Participate in platform incident response, troubleshooting, and operational support activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, or platform operations
- Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics environments, or cloud-based data solutions
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, or similar big data technologies
- Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue, Athena, or Redshift
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- AWS, Databricks, or cloud-related certifications preferred
- Ability to obtain or maintain an Active MBI Clearance
