Sales Development Rep

• Proactively research, target, and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media
• Identify and understand key market segments, including SMBs, enterprise-level businesses, and verticals at high risk for cyber threats
• Engage prospects to understand cybersecurity challenges, assess needs, and qualify leads for Account Executives
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule demos and meetings and ensure smooth handoffs
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by educating on solutions and cybersecurity best practices
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track outreach, and update the sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed lead generation and qualification goals, contributing to overall sales pipeline and revenue targets
