Field Service Technician

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Perform electronic and mechanical repairs
- Document service reports
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair
- Technically savvy; innovative, quick to learn and adapt to new technology
- Professional demeanor and customer focused
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check
- Must obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge in compliance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations
