Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js (TypeScript), MySQL/Drizzle, Axiom, and Sentry to support the evolving needs of Glider’s platform.
• Help structure and optimize Glider’s data models while contributing to liquidity analysis, PNL optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and maintain time-series-based monitoring systems to track and analyze trading strategies, performance, and liquidity.
• Work closely with python-based solvers and verifier networks to enhance strategy execution and ensure safe, efficient rebalancing of portfolios.
• Solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment while continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in DeFi.
