• Guarantee the design optimization and process performances during each phase of the production
• Analyse the input data and required output, evaluating consistency and completeness
• Define appropriate process, specifying fluxes and required capacity
• Develop and update engineering documents under their responsibility
• Prepare the start-up plan and provide dedicated support during the plant hot-commissioning
• Provide instruction and training to concerned parties (owner, plant manager, operators)
• Contribute to the development of the Control Narrative

Process Engineer

Sales

• To establish and maintain a solid commercial structure, which guarantees the achievement/improvement of the established economic targets.
• Collaborate to define a revenue target
• Manage the sales network (internal and external) in the market of competence
• Representing the company on the market of competence in trade fair and communication events
• Return feedback on the market positioning of the proposed technology solution to the internal structure
• Contact potential customers and partners
• Representing the company with potential customers, public and private

Sales Manager

Application Engineer

• Develop the conceptual design, budget, offer and business plan that make up the proposals
• Ensure "custom-tailored" solutions, thus optimized for the customer's characteristics.
• Provide for the development of offers based on standard designs,
• Ensure the development of optimized technical solutions
• Guarantee the maximum accuracy and reliability of the costs foreseen by the budget
• Ensure compliance with the processing times required by the commercial department
• Promote the highest level of education of agents
• Actively promote a process of continuous improvement
• Facilitate continuous dialogue with the global Chief Engineer and executive department
• Define the process, size the system, estimate CAPEX and OPEX
• Request the approval of the design from the global Chief Engineer
• Process the offer by identifying plant solutions
• Search for alternative technologies to be included in the plants
• Update the database of offers
• Acquire feedback from Anaergia plants and visit competitors' plants
• Maintenance and updating of the cost database
• Help the customer to understand their needs and the Anaergia proposal
