About the role
- Develop, plan and implement social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and optimize content formats such as Reels, posts, Stories and carousels.
- Analyze social media trends and implement new tools, with a focus on AI-based software.
- Community management and engagement with followers to strengthen brand presence.
- Create editorial calendars and performance reports for analysis.
- Coordinate projects and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- You are creative, digitally savvy and passionate about social media trends.
- Initial experience with social media marketing and content creation (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma and AI-powered applications (e.g., ChatGPT or Midjourney).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Structured working style, self-initiative and team spirit.
- Interest in strategic branding and brand development.
