Regional Sales Associate
Amynta GroupRegional Sales Associate overseeing sales within Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico for Amynta Group. Building agency partnerships and direct sales in the nonprofit sector with clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the develop of regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue objectives within their market through agency partnerships and direct sales.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners (agents), clients, and nonprofit industry stakeholders.
- Assist agency partners with sales and marketing of Unemployment Insurance (UI) Programs and ancillary products to help them expand their books of business in the nonprofit sector.
- Assist agency partners at point of sale from data collection through underwriting process to sales presentation to client onboarding.
- Support existing and new clients within UI Programs with and customer issues up to and through the renewal process.
- Collaborate with marketing, Third Party Administrators, and operations teams to support sales and client relation initiatives.
- Present webinars and in person sessions to individuals and groups as needed.
- Attend client meetings or events, agent trainings or events, and conferences both local and national as needed.
- Travel will be required up to but not limited to 30% of the time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (required) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
- Sales experience (2+ years) in B2B sales preferred, or 2 years of forward-facing client services
- Proactive "self-starter" who can manage their own calendar, set goals, and drive their own activity
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Public speaking experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on goals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Participation in competitive team sports or collegiate athletics is highly valued.
