About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee Georgia, Alabama and Florida markets
Drive growth and profitability in assigned geographic territory through F&I sales
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers
Cultivate relationships and production in current accounts to obtain referrals for new F&I business opportunities
Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability within the territories
Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales Manager area
Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
Retail automotive experience in Finance or Sales Management
Outside sales experience
Advanced knowledge of insurance industry, market and competitors
Substantial knowledge of all Finance & Insurance products
Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles
Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
Ability to interpret financial statements
Ability to multi-task
