About the role
- Consult with customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models; identify pain points and provide insights on industry trends.
- Analyze and assess business processes, systems, and workflows; identify gaps and contribute to prioritization of process improvements.
- Assist in architecture of tailored solutions and support system integrations involving complex environments and workflows.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering valuable solutions and pursuing measurable outcomes.
- Communicate ideas and recommendations effectively, present to diverse stakeholders, and build trust through empathy and active listening.
- Contribute to development and delivery of high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations.
- Participate in solution lifecycle from initial scoping to post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, and issue resolution.
- Assist in application training, support change management initiatives, and rollout of new processes and tools.
- Play multifaceted roles in customer engagements as analyst, consultant, and trainer.
- Collaborate with account leaders and sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities and promote company capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Good analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and travel to company and customer sites from time to time.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, Access).
- Experience or understanding of Agile concepts and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM).
- Knowledge of project management concepts and tools (planning, estimation, risk and issue management, stakeholder communications).
- Ability to manipulate and transform data with scripting tools or business tools such as Excel.
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and delight customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
