About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Health Plan Relations initiatives by planning, coordinating, and executing cross‑functional projects
  • Develop and manage detailed workplans
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource utilization
  • Serve as a central point of coordination and communication across stakeholders
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute executive‑ready status reports, dashboards, and written updates
  • Document project decisions, risks, issues, change requests, and resolutions
  • Ensure all project documentation meets internal standards and payer/customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required with project management certification(s) preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Excellent computer skills, including fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software (e.g. Smartsheet)
  • Collaborate with project leads and subject matter experts
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to understand, read, write and speak English
