About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project managers to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements to balance workload and priorities.
Analyze and administer the IT time‑tracking system.
Monitor IT resource utilization to assess workload balance.
Develop and maintain resource utilization dashboards.
Produce and distribute weekly IT utilization reports.
Prepare and deliver monthly reporting on IT labor hours.
Support IT intake and pipeline management processes.
Develop and present reports, proposals, and presentations to support leadership decision‑making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years of resource management experience in an enterprise environment required
0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in project management or workflow planning a plus
Experience in utilizing business intelligence tools a plus
