About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Physician Recruitment Department by providing strategic support through recruitment cycles, marketing campaigns, and operational project initiatives
  • Responsibilities include applicant tracking system management, candidate sourcing, analytics reporting, integration facilitation, and ad hoc tasks
  • Contribute to project management, executive-level presentations, and board meeting materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities
  • Administer and update Salesforce
  • Generate reports for Operation Leaders regarding recruiting opportunities and candidate pipeline
  • Oversee candidate recruitment phases through applicant tracking system to update opportunities as needed
  • Enter physician information and CVs into tracking platform
  • Manage job postings to always ensure high visibility
  • Administer recruitment email campaigns, export recipient lists, and market opportunities through recruitment databases
  • Collaborate with recruiters and directors to identify high-urgency opportunities/markets
  • Facilitate physician leads through mass texting, email campaigns, and social media outreach to pre-screen and refer leads to recruiters
  • Lead, build, and track Community Needs Assessment requests
  • Manage Recruitment Hiring and Practice Assistance process by facilitating the completion of Physician Recruitment checklist, compiling documents, sending for signature, and tracking progress
  • Manage internal communications through the corporate connect page and bi-weekly operations reports
  • Request and track all salesforce builds
  • Provide tactical and administrative support for various initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Design and present compelling visual representations of data to effectively communicate insights and trends
  • Assist with social media content and scheduling
  • Point of contact for Physician Connect inquiries and creation of market-specific pitch decks
  • Work with the operations and strategy teams to complete projects that position the recruitment team to be efficient and effective in candidate sourcing and contract management
  • Collaborate with the recruiters and directors to act as a project manager to determine business processes and procedures, ensuring internal milestones and goals are completed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician relations, or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level audiences
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
