About the role
- Responsible for clinical quality and administrative activities in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) nationwide
- Evaluate compliance with corporate and clinical services policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations and accreditation standards
- Support assigned ASCs in maintaining survey readiness
- May conduct assessments of center processes/documentation to evaluate compliance
- Develop and monitor center action plans and inform corporate quality of areas requiring improvement
- Collaborate with center staff and medical staff providers to maintain quality care
- Monitor quality and patient experience data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Designation as a licensed RN
- 3+ years of perioperative nursing experience
- 3+ years’ experience in health care management, including at least 1 year as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator
- Exceptional computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Word, and Excel to support all center operations
- Experience with sterilization and high-level disinfection processes preferred.
