About the role
- Responsible for clinical quality and administrative activities as assigned in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) nationwide.
- May assume leadership or staffing roles to cover operational, quality, and clinical needs of center(s).
- Execute quality and safety plans and center policies and procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of federal and state regulations and standards of accrediting organizations.
- Support assigned ASC’s in maintaining survey readiness.
- May serve as an interim center administrator as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Designation as a licensed RN.
- 3+ years of perioperative nursing experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in health care management, including at least 1 year as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator.
- Exceptional computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Word, and Excel to support all center operations.
- Experience with sterilization and high-level disinfection processes preferred.
