Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and operationalize social strategy for key accounts
Guide content direction and oversee calendar execution
Lead influencer programs from ideation through activation
Collaborate closely with our paid media team
Turn performance data into clear, actionable reporting
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts
Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh thinking to the table
Develop and maintain community management guidelines
Partner cross-functionally with creative, media, and brand strategy teams
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in social media marketing
At least 2 years managing multiple client accounts in an agency setting
Strong working knowledge of major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit
Experience with social management tools (SproutSocial, etc.) and project management platforms like Asana
Hands-on experience managing influencer programs
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Exceptional presentation skills
Comfort with paid social and fluency in collaborating with a media team
Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, or SaaS vertical experience is a plus
