About the role

  • Work on direct response and lead generation accounts in multiple verticals
  • Campaign creation, keyword/audience development, ad copy creation, persona development, strategy development, tactic selection, and performance reporting
  • Assist Manager, Digital Media with launch and optimization tactics necessary to meet campaign performance goals
  • Conduct and review keyword, audience, & bid research and management; monitor budgets for all active client campaigns
  • Ensure ads are targeted to the most relevant audiences/search queries/etc.
  • Design and oversee tests; implement, track, and report on tests
  • Oversee development of display ads, occasional text ad copy writing and social ad creation for Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
  • Compile detailed, easy-to-read reports; find insights and suggest solutions; work with analytics team to build new reports
  • Control quality: ensure all ads, budgets, settings, etc. are correct for each client
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with team members
  • Contribute proactively to corporate initiatives, process changes, and other duties as needed
  • Update clients and agency partners on the success of active campaigns
  • May help support interns and contribute to Amsive's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and seminar/conference/webinar summaries

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience with hands on development of digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, and Programmatic DSPs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar industry
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to own projects – making sure they get done correctly and on time
  • An inquisitive nature; excited to check the data on all accounts each day
  • Ability to build ad campaigns in various user interfaces and editing tools
  • Ability to calculate bids based on potential ROI
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Experience with campaign creation, keyword/audience development, ad copy creation, persona development, strategy development, tactic selection, performance reporting
  • Required to be located in US time zones and work ET or CT
