About the role
- Work on various admin & video editing tasks such as interviewing the candidates
- Checking/responding to emails and calendar coordination
- Editing the videos for social media and posting
- Reviewing resumes and sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Interview candidates to qualify them
Requirements
- Strong communication skills & fluent English
- Someone who can build strong relationships with the candidates
- Attention to detail is important
- Someone who know how to use video editing tools like CapCut
- Someone who can use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ChatGPT
- Someone who takes initiative and accountability
- Need to be available full-time, might need to work during weekends
- There will be a test before the interview process
