About the role

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and backend applications supporting Drexi’s platform.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build scalable APIs, services, and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through best development practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Refactor and enhance existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and quality.
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to support releases and deployments.
  • Support integration with healthcare, PBM, and pricing data systems as needed.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Elixir, Java, .Net, C+ , Python, or similar.
  • Experience with web frameworks (Thymeleaf, Javascript, Phoenix, or comparable technologies).
  • Understanding of API development, RESTful services, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
