Business Manager
Amplity HealthHybrid Business Manager promoting brand messaging through remote and face-to-face customer engagement. Responsible for relationship management with targeted accounts and achieving territory goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage customers through multiple remote and some field-based face-to-face interactions to promote brand messaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts by engaging in dialogue that is relevant and meaningful.
- Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations.
- Engage assigned HCPs targets in-depth program discussions to attain individual territory and company goals post-launch.
- Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
- Effectively communicate with customers using selling, listening and negotiation skills.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program.
- Adhere to approved direction related to pre/post-launch activities.
- Verify and complete required data entry in client CRM systems.
- Communicate with Sales Leader, team members, and Consultant on projects progress as required.
- Prepare reports for management as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required
- 1+ years of Neurology experience preferred
- Ability to work in the field up to 75% of time
- Scientific acumen needed
- A valid US driver's license and safe driving record required.
