Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers in the west region
Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation and data governance leveraging Amplitude products
Guide customers on data management and consult on customer taxonomy and tech stack integrations
Be an expert in the Digital Optimization System to integrate Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes
Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize business processes, documentation and services
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support and Customer Success Managers to streamline internal processes and improve data management experience for customers
Potential travel once per quarter
Requirements
MUST be located in the west region (PST or MST); ideal cities include San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Denver, or Remote - West
At least 5 years of customer facing technical experience, with a demonstrated record of successfully engaging with enterprise accounts
Competent in API / SDK concepts, programming languages and concepts that underpin modern web and mobile development (e.g. SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs)
Possess a mastery of Amplitude products to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation and data governance
Be an expert in the Digital Optimization System to guide customers integrating Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes
Prior experience working with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, data warehouses/pipelines, or integration partners (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written social, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders with varied technical competencies
Execution and customer service oriented skills; able to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on-time and drive outcomes
Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude toward change at a rapidly growing company
Potential travel once per quarter
