About the role
- Own content strategy and prioritization
- Set and own the content roadmap and quarterly prioritization
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all content and creative
- Empower Marketing with guidelines and purpose-built writing agents
- Make decisions about what the team commits to each quarter based on overall marketing strategy
- Own relationship with key cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Growth, and Campaigns)
- Ensure content and brand plans support pipeline and campaign goals
- Run weekly 1:1s and team check-ins
- Review in-progress work and provide final signoff before content moves to design or production
- Maintain a high bar for quality, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables
- Ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
- Prioritize quickly, and review work under tight timelines
- Pull and share the monthly Brand Health Score
- Review budget monthly, track spend, flag risks early, and utilize budget well.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in content, comms, or brand leadership roles
- Deep cross-functional partnership experience
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contractors
- Clear, confident communication and a consistently high bar for quality
