About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic execution of our People tech stack and process automation
- Partner with leadership across People and Data teams to deliver high-impact workforce analytics
- Eliminate workflow friction by automating manual processes
- Architect a digital ecosystem that fuels organizational productivity
- Move comfortably between strategic planning and operational execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles
- At least 5 years in progressive leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with Workday and the broader People systems strategy and landscape
- Demonstrated ability to interpret People data and turn analyses into recommendations
- Comfortable working in a modern BI environment (Looker, Tableau, etc)
- Track record of designing and automating People processes across different areas
- Exceptional ability to translate technical and non-technical needs
