Key responsibilities & impact

Craft Strategic Roadmap: Work with data impact partners, data teams and other key stakeholders to build a product roadmap aligned to company objectives.
Ensure it is strategically prioritized to realize meaningful data impact in schools across the country and at Amplify.
Embody user empathy: Embrace requirement gathering; discover the user stories behind the data needs and requests we hear.
Ensure we are delivering a true solution to our users.
Deliver Compelling Data Solutions: Take responsibility for successful delivery of quarterly projects, including establishing best agile practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics) or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 5+ years of Analyst and/or Product Management experience, particularly in Agile environments
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including setting goals and providing guidance and support
Understanding of basic data warehousing concepts and experience with data and analytic tools including dbt, SQL, Tableau, Looker
Experience using different project management tools such as Smartsheet & JIRA
Strong attention to detail and proven record of managing complex projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
