About the role

  • Join Amplify as a bilingual product manager for Literacy Core Curriculum (contract through 2026-05-29)
  • Conduct user and market research; visit classrooms and synthesize observations and findings
  • Represent customer perspectives through all phases of product development and draw insights from customer feedback and usage data
  • Stay up to date on the education market and research the competitive product landscape to guide strategy
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives across content, design, engineering, platform, marketing and measurement
  • Propose research-grounded initiatives for the product roadmap and drive delivery from concept through release
  • Collaborate on product design, participate in human-centered design workshops, prototype and analyze product metrics
  • Lead user testing, run focus groups, coordinate feature pilots with live classrooms, and recommend actions based on findings
  • Draft internal communications, release notes and training materials; review customer-facing information and support troubleshooting
  • Serve as product expert for marketing, sales, and implementation teammates

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, project management, user experience, education or a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in education and/or education technology (preferred)
  • Client service experience either in consulting or another field (preferred)
  • Professional work experience in the education field (preferred)
  • Outstanding writing skills, including extraordinary attention to details of grammar, punctuation, phrasing, tone, and structure (preferred)
  • Ability to coordinate and effectively communicate between multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization (preferred)
