About the role
- Assist Shopify merchants with their onboarding over video calls
- Answer their questions about the platform, help them with their setup, and constantly collect their feedback
- Be their advocate - share their feature requests with the product team and track their statuses
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively address risks to customer satisfaction before they even escalate
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including Sales, Product, Support, etc.
Requirements
- Self-disciplined mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
