Project coordinator to support the development of print and digital products across Literacy programs, focusing on English Language Arts (ELA) products.
Assist in creating and monitoring schedules for content development, pre-production, and production phases.
Provide tactical, detail-oriented support to the project management team and internal cross-functional teams.
Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables for print and/or digital projects of various sizes.
Understand workflows and dependencies of project components and roles of cross-functional teams.
Ensure project schedules are current and track progress of deliverables against key milestones.
Facilitate file handoffs to internal and external partners.
Document risks, issues, decisions, and change management.
Attend status meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Review vendor estimates and invoices against work completed.
Recommend process improvements where appropriate.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple competing projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
