About the role
- Active prospecting of new clients: Identify and qualify business opportunities
- Scheduling meetings: Arrange in-person and online meetings to understand clients' needs (briefing)
- Preparation of commercial proposals: Develop proposals that align client expectations with Amplifica Digital's solutions
- Negotiation and closing: Lead negotiations through to the closing and formalization of new contracts
- Client portfolio management: Maintain and nurture client relationships, resolve conflicts, and promote necessary alignments
- Knowledge of Amplifica's services: Master our portfolio to offer solutions appropriate to clients' needs
Requirements
- Experience with sales CRM and consultative sales processes
- Negotiation skills and objection-handling
- Experience with high-ticket sales, preferably in digital agencies
- Previous experience in digital agencies is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing and its specialties
- Proficiency with tools such as RD Station, CRM systems, Meetime, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Ramper
- Familiarity with SPIN Selling techniques
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
