About the role
- Lead the global video content direction aligned with brand and marketing strategy
- Create, edit, and optimize video content using AI-powered tools
- Build and manage a centralized English-language video repository
- Develop reusable video templates for global campaigns
- Adapt video content for different regions while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing automation specialists, and project management
- Optimize video performance based on engagement and campaign metrics
- Ensure audiovisual consistency across global digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in video editing and post-production
- Strong experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Descript, Synthesia, or similar
- Strong storytelling ability and understanding of script structure
- Experience in B2B marketing environments
- Ability to structure and manage digital content libraries
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Experience working in international projects is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with motion graphics tools such as After Effects
- Understanding of video formats for LinkedIn, paid media, landing pages, and social channels
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and campaign KPIs
- Strategic mindset, not only operational
- Strong communication skills in English
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently while working within a structured team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced global marketing environment
