About the role
- Your main activities: Making outbound calls to business owners and marketing decision-makers (15-20+ calls per hour during active calling time)
- Driving prospects to one of two revenue-driving solutions, For smaller businesses: Directing prospects to our Startup program (and receive commissions for deals sold here)
- For larger businesses: Booking a call with prospects to speak to our account executives
- Sending personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects
- Researching prospects to understand their business and personalize your approach
- Qualifying leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Booking meetings for our sales team with prospects who are genuinely interested, and fit our ideal client profiles
- Keeping accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
- B2B sales experience: You've done cold calling and appointment setting before.
- Excellent English communication: Native or near-native fluency - you can have natural, professional conversations with North American business owners without language barriers.
- Multi-channel prospecting: You're comfortable using phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach prospects.
- CRM proficiency: You've used Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to track prospects and manage your pipeline.
- Self-management: You can work independently in a remote environment, stay productive without supervision, and manage your own schedule.
- Coachable: You take feedback well, implement suggestions, and continuously work to improve your approach.
- Availability: You can work core EST/PST business hours to align with our North American client base.
