About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own operational execution end-to-end for promos, webinars, email campaigns, and related workflows
Lead a pod, set priorities, review work, and hold the pod to deadlines and quality standards
Own training operations, ensure sessions run as planned
Investigate and resolve issues when events, automations, or processes fail
Build, maintain, and enforce SOPs, QA checklists, trackers, and internal documentation
Maintain simple views of delivery status, event performance, and pod output

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong coordination experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
Proven ability to deliver projects on time through structure, not heroics
Experience enforcing deadlines, addressing underperformance directly and escalating patterns with evidence
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Familiar with project and task tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Experienced with webinar and event tools (Zoom, AEvent, or equivalents)
Familiar with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Ongage, or similar)
