Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management

- Knowledge of DTC e-commerce industry is a major bonus
- Solid understanding of content marketing concepts
- Proven track record of maintaining high retention rates
- C2 English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Customer-obsessed with strong relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven approach to account management
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Available to work core business hours in the EST timezone.
