About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead software development and digital solution implementation projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality and budget
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, business areas and the technical team, promoting continuous alignment and communication
Plan, build and track schedules, backlogs, sprints, deliverables and action plans
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review and Retrospective, ensuring their effectiveness
Identify, analyze and mitigate risks, dependencies and impediments, acting proactively to minimize impacts
Ensure adherence to processes and governance established by the PMO
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional scope, requirements, schedules, minutes and work plans
Monitor indicators and report project progress to clients and leadership
Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions that add value to the client and the project
Mobilize stakeholders and teams to ensure commitments are met and deliveries succeed
Apply project management best practices, using the methodology best suited to each context

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields
Experience leading software development projects, system implementations or digital platform rollouts
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience running ceremonies and managing backlogs
Knowledge of project management and the software development lifecycle
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, MS Project or similar
Ability to plan, track schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, analytical, resilient profile with a sense of ownership and focus on delivering client value
Certifications in Scrum, Kanban or Project Management (PSM, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, KMP or similar) are a plus
Experience in PMO and project governance is a plus
Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus
Experience with corporate or public sector clients is a plus
Knowledge of project metrics and KPIs is a plus
Hands-on profile with the ability to influence, engage teams and lead projects consultatively is a plus
Contracting as a legal entity (PJ), via ME or LTDA
